Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Florida SLP License, or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged to apply
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language services to K-12 students
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with teachers and parents
- Document student progress, maintaining compliance with all records and reporting
- Collaborate with educational staff and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Offer consultative support to teachers and families on communication strategies
