Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Florida Department of Health SLP licensure required
- Previous experience delivering speech-language services in school settings preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across K-12 age groups
- Proficient in conducting assessments, delivering direct therapy, and completing documentation
- Completion of Florida school district fingerprinting; valid prints through the AHCA Clearinghouse may be accepted. JLA badge processing required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district guidelines
