Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
- ASHA CCCs preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome to apply
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP development and compliance
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy services to students across grades K-12
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student growth
- Create a positive and inclusive therapeutic environment
