You’ll work on-site at one dedicated school, supporting K-12 learners with speech and language services throughout the academic year.

As a valued member of the educational team, you’ll assess, plan, and implement therapy sessions tailored to diverse student needs. Your role will be essential in empowering children to communicate confidently and thrive academically.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Possess an active FL Department of Health SLP license
- SLP experience within school settings preferred
- Skilled in conducting student evaluations and providing direct therapy
- Comfortable working with K-12 populations
- Able to fulfill fingerprinting and background clearance requirements in a timely manner
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students at a single school site within Golden Gate City or Immokalee
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
- Ensure compliance with state and district policies and timelines
You’ll have the flexibility of working up to 35 hours per week, with the academic year running from August 11, 2026 through May 27, 2027. Enjoy making a difference in a welcoming school community, with the autonomy and stability of a contract position.
