What we're looking for:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- CCC-SLP certification, or ability to work towards Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP roles and pediatric healthcare
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Familiarity with IEP development and participation in IEP meetings
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
What you'll do:
- Conduct assessments and deliver direct and consultative therapy services for students Pre-K through high school
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals tailored to each child's needs
- Support educators and parents with strategies to foster communication development in the classroom and at home
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Actively participate in multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to student success stories
- Stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric speech-language therapy
