Qualifications:
- Current or eligible licensure as an SLP; open to CCC or CFY candidates.
- Experience or strong interest in educational settings (schools).
- Bilingual Spanish speakers highly preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Duties:
- Provide direct therapy and evaluation services to a diverse student caseload.
- Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
- Conduct ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings and comprehensive assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized therapy plans in line with student IEPs.
- Maintain professional documentation and collaborate with educators and families.
