Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Florence, OR

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Background in pediatric therapy, preferably with school-aged children
- Proficiency delivering services in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication abilities
- Comfort developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Willingness to collaborate in multidisciplinary educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
- Develop and update IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs and track their progress
- Deliver direct therapy sessions both in-person and online, as needed
- Document assessments, goals, interventions, and progress according to district standards
- Offer guidance and resources to teachers and families to maximize educational outcomes
- Participate actively in team meetings, trainings, and parent conferences
