Pediatric Speech Therapist in Westlake, OR

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or actively working toward completion of CFY
- Experience in school-based and/or pediatric therapy settings
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms, technology, and virtual therapy documentation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop rapport and trust with students, teachers, and families
- Flexibility, adaptability, and creative problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of students’ speech-language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services, both in-person and through teletherapy
- Collect data and monitor student progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Collaborate proactively with multidisciplinary teams and family members
- Complete required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture
