Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
- Active SLP license for the state of Ohio.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows also considered.
- Prior school-based experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient in evaluation, diagnosis, and development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aligned with students’ IEP goals.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school events as needed.
- Provide both direct and consultative services to support student success in academic and social settings.
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of the student population.
