Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Ohio.

- Prior experience working with school-aged children or in a school-based environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other service professionals.
- Proficient in assessment, individualized education program (IEP) development, and therapy documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals.
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language challenges.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, progress reports, and records in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social success.
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development as required.
