Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Florida SLP license, or eligibility for licensure before the start date
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) credentials welcomed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration in a school setting
- Experience in educational assessments, IEP development, and evidence-based intervention planning
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a passion for student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver individualized therapeutic interventions
- Develop and implement IEPs, working closely with families and multi-disciplinary education teams
- Monitor progress and document outcomes in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Provide support, resources, and advocacy for students with communication or swallowing disorders
