Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC credentials (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- California state licensure or eligibility to obtain it
- Experience or strong interest in working across K-12th grade
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans
- Knowledge of current best practices in school-based speech-language therapy
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of student speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address a range of speech and language challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
- Provide direct therapy services one-on-one or in small groups
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and meaningful recommendations for student support
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
