Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Minnesota in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC-SLP credential preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in a K–12, pediatric, or healthcare setting is advantageous
  • Clear understanding of IEP procedures and documentation
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat disorders related to articulation, fluency, voice, language, and social communication
  • Document progress, participate in case meetings, and communicate student needs and achievements effectively with staff and families
  • Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
  • Adapt therapy techniques to fit the unique needs of each student
