Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Minnesota in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP credential preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome to apply
- Prior experience in a K–12, pediatric, or healthcare setting is advantageous
- Clear understanding of IEP procedures and documentation
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and treat disorders related to articulation, fluency, voice, language, and social communication
- Document progress, participate in case meetings, and communicate student needs and achievements effectively with staff and families
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Adapt therapy techniques to fit the unique needs of each student
