Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Minneapolis, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Minnesota state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Strong background in pediatric speech and language services
- Experience in school-based settings preferred, but open to new graduates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language services
- Deliver direct therapy to students with a variety of communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to support students’ goals
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
- Engage families in the therapeutic process, providing resources and support as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
