Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate progress reports, therapy documentation, and compliance records
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and student support teams
- Address communication challenges including articulation, language delays, and social communication skills
- Ensure compliance with IDEA and Minnesota special education guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
