Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on support to students with speech and language needs, under the supervision of licensed speech-language pathologists
- Assist in implementing evidence-based therapy plans, activities, and interventions
- Monitor student progress, document sessions, and report on outcomes within established timelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, help adjust individual plans as necessary, and communicate observations to supervising SLPs
