School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Upper Marlboro, Maryland

Qualifications:
- Active SLPA licensure in Maryland (required)
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families
- Competence with documentation and data collection
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized student therapy plans
- Work hands-on with students from diverse backgrounds and all grade levels
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and session activities
- Collaborate with educators and support staff as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Support generalization of communication strategies within classroom settings
