Pediatric Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Easton, PA

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license for the state or eligibility to obtain one before the start date
- ASHA CCCs preferred; strong CF candidates welcomed
- Previous experience in pediatric settings, including early childhood or elementary schools, is highly desirable
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and AAC systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability to manage variable caseload sizes and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K–12 students, individually and in small groups
- Assess, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans based on student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, complete required documentation, and track student progress
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
- Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and assistive technology as appropriate
