What You Bring:
- Active state Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric or school-based SLP settings
- Comfortable working with early childhood, elementary, and/or K–12 populations
- Ability to adapt to caseloads varying in age and need, including moderate to profound
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to individualized, student-centered interventions
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct therapeutic services to students with speech and language needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure optimal student progress
- Deliver evidence-based interventions in both group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and contribute to a positive school culture
