Key Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (candidates may have one to start, but both will eventually be required)
- Open to candidates certified as Speech-Language Associates (SLAs) through GaPSC
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Passion for working in an elementary school environment
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to onsite service – virtual/remote options not available
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to elementary school students in an onsite setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Participate in assessment, eligibility, and IEP meetings as needed
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions aligned with student needs
This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week. You’ll work within a supportive school culture and have the chance to help children overcome communication barriers and thrive academically.
