Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Bethlehem, PA

You’ll work across child care settings supporting students ages 3 to 5. The caseload will not exceed 50, ensuring you’re able to make a focused, meaningful impact. You will serve a diverse population, providing services ranging from articulation support to interventions for students with limited communication skills.
Desired experience and skills:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
- Prior experience or strong interest in working within early childhood, school, or pediatric settings
- Commitment to evidence-based, individualized therapy approaches
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering speech-language evaluations, therapy, and documentation in compliance with IDEA and school guidelines
- Collaborating with teachers, special educators, and families to support student IEPs
- Developing and adapting therapy plans for students at all stages of communication development
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and annual reviews
- Maintaining accurate records of assessment, therapy progress, and compliance documentation
