Key Qualifications:
- Active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (one required to start; both will be needed eventually)
- Open to candidates with Speech-Language Assistant certification via GaPSC
- Clinical Fellow (CF) applicants welcomed for consideration
- Dedicated to working onsite; remote or virtual options are not available
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly desirable
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students, fostering improved communication and academic success
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district standards
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
- Engage in interdisciplinary meetings, providing insight and recommendations tailored to student needs
- Contribute to a positive school culture and comply with all regulatory and professional guidelines
