What we're seeking:

  • Valid GA SLP license or GaPSC Certification (one required to start; both needed eventually)
  • Open to Speech-Language Associates (SLAs) with certification through GaPSC
  • Master’s degree from an accredited SLP program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Skilled in assessments, therapy planning, and progress monitoring
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to onsite-only work (no virtual/remote options)

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for student success
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
