Key Qualifications:
- Active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification currently held (with both required eventually; either one acceptable for now)
- Accepting SLP-CCC, CF, and SLAs (with GAPSC certification)
- Experience in school-based settings is preferred, particularly at the elementary level
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in young learners
- Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students in an onsite capacity
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Work in collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed
