Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility required
- Accepting Speech-Language Pathologists holding CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
- Previous school-based experience is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about supporting students’ growth and academic success
- Comfortable adapting to a large and collaborative work environment
- Flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or in travel/contract roles
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Track and document student progress in a timely, accurate manner
- Provide direct therapy services to students across a range of ages and abilities
