Bilingual School Speech Language Pathologist - Dallas, TX

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Texas
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Experience with school-aged children preferred
- Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention techniques, and IEP processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct bilingual (Spanish and English) speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Facilitate both one-on-one and small group therapy sessions
- Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, helping to set achievable, student-centered goals
- Adapt therapy materials and interventions for diverse learners
