Speech Language Pathologist in Cheney, WA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP license in Washington, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans reflecting student goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, assess, and provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records, document student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology
