Speech Language Pathologist in Everett, WA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience working in schools (preferred but not required)
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals for students
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions on student needs
