Speech Language Pathologist in Everett, WA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Washington (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates will be considered
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students
- Support and mentor students in building confidence and communication effectiveness
