Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Seattle, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license (or eligibility) for Washington State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Solid understanding of IEP development and special education procedures
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings
- Foster positive relationships with students and encourage their confidence in communication
