Speech Language Pathologist in Seattle, WA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Washington SLP license or eligibility for acquisition
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) accepted
- Previous experience working with school-age children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and diagnose communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate therapy records and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer guidance and resources to caregivers and staff on communication strategies
