Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is advantageous, but open to new graduates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to student success and professional growth
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students with communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to monitor and support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and guidance to support student achievement
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Stay abreast of emerging practices through ongoing professional development
