Bilingual School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Arlington, Texas

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Texas state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or actively working towards completion (CFY considered)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (must speak Spanish with proficiency)
- Previous experience providing therapy to school-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and track progress effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services according to IEPs in both Spanish and English
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement student-centered intervention plans
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development
- Promote a positive, inclusive environment that supports diverse language backgrounds
