Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but clinical fellows (CFY) are welcome
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery models
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, therapy, and intervention services to a varied caseload of K-12 students
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress toward communication and language goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student outcomes
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation as required by school and state standards
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy tools to deliver effective therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development as needed
