Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Coldspring, TX for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers a manageable caseload of approximately 40 junior high and high school students, allowing clinicians to provide meaningful services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success and independence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Provide direct therapy services to junior high and high school students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications
Required
- Active Texas SLP License
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Preferred
- ASHA CCC-SLP
- Previous school-based experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
