Speech Language Pathologist

We are actively hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site services near Greensboro, North Carolina for the 2026–2027 school year. This position focuses on supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs to enhance their academic and social success.
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed school-based SLP with experience in IEP services, pediatric therapy, and collaborative educational environments.
Position Details
- Start Date: August 17, 2026
- End Date: June 4, 2027
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Setting: School-based (On-site only)
- Location: Near Greensboro, NC
Caseload & Programs
- School-based caseload supporting students with speech and language disorders
- Students receiving services under Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaboration with special education staff, teachers, and related service providers
- Systems used: ECATS and Infinite Campus (ECATS experience required)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and track progress using ECATS and Infinite Campus
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators and families
- Ensure compliance with IDEA and North Carolina DPI guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina SLP License required (verification required)
- Active NC DPI SLP License required
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Ability to provide on-site services only (no remote)
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $45 – $55 per hour
- Pay is negotiable based on experience, credentials, and interview performance
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
