Key Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- School-based SLP experience, particularly with elementary and middle school age groups
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to work effectively onsite
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families in developing student success plans
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students, onsite only
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine individual student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with the educational team
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights for comprehensive student support
- Provide consultative support to teachers and caregivers to maximize student achievement
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality requirements throughout service delivery
