Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) in the state
- CCC-SLP certification or eligibility highly preferred, CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Comfortable with in-person and/or teletherapy service delivery as needed
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other therapists
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Provide direct therapy services according to students' needs in both in-person and teletherapy settings
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Offer consultation and support to staff and families to promote student growth and success
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
