Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred – New graduates working toward CFY are encouraged to apply
- Background supporting K-12 students, with a preference for previous school-based or teletherapy experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide both direct and consultative therapy services to a diverse student caseload
- Work closely with educators, families, and support staff to help students achieve academic goals
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the collaborative process
