Key Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience with school-based therapy highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with educational teams
- Ability to manage and deliver therapy for a diverse caseload spanning elementary and middle school students
- Commitment to maintaining timely documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based, individualized speech and language therapy services to assigned students
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring, adapting therapy techniques as needed
