Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to ethical practices and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized speech-language therapy plans for students
- Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Monitor, document, and communicate students’ progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
