Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and active SLP licensure in Oregon
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Demonstrated experience or interest in serving both elementary and high school populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Previous school-based SLP experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently in an in-person setting (no virtual/hybrid options)
- Must provide a professional reference sheet with application
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a K-12 student caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based teams
