Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license and active CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) assessment skills required
- Strong organization and documentation abilities
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and short notice assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely, comprehensive bilingual speech-language assessments for students as requested
- Carry out evaluations for three students by September 10th, with potential for additional assignments as needed
- Compile and interpret assessment data for multidisciplinary school teams and parents
- Create detailed reports in accordance with district and legal requirements
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop targeted recommendations
- Maintain flexibility to respond to new requests on an as-needed, on-call basis
