School Speech Language Pathologist - Lucerne Valley, California

We are seeking a dedicated speech-language pathologist for a full-time, onsite contract position. You’ll collaborate with an engaged team and help empower students to achieve their fullest potential.
Ideal candidates will bring their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), but supervision arrangements can be considered for strong applicants working toward their certification. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a lasting difference—working face-to-face with students, staff, and families.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; supervision available for strong CF candidates
- Previous experience with K-8th students is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to deliver engaging therapy in-person within a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-8th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with requirements
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for staff and families regarding communication development
