Preference will be given to candidates who hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). If you are an enthusiastic CFY in need of supervision, arrangements can be considered. While there is currently a virtual SLP supporting the caseload, the focus is on transitioning to quality onsite services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- California SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; supervision available if required
- Prior experience working in K-8 educational settings is beneficial
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to K-8 students
- Evaluate, develop, and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student success
- Offer expert recommendations and resources for communication needs
