While a candidate holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred, those without are also encouraged to apply—supervision can be arranged if needed.
Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- CCC-SLP strongly preferred; clinical fellows or those in need of supervision will be considered
- School-based or pediatric experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Comfortable working with diverse K-8th grade populations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-8
- Administer formal and informal assessments to identify communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes
- Collaborate with educational teams and families to support student achievement
- Lead group and individual therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and pragmatic communication
- Attend meetings and contribute insights for student support plans
