Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Current SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred (or willingness to work under supervision)
- Previous experience with K-8th school caseloads desirable
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-8 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Provide support and resources to staff and families
