Your role takes place in an elementary school setting, supporting a caseload of 50-60 students over a full-time, in-person schedule—35 hours paid weekly. As a bilingual SLP (26/27), you’ll work closely with students and educators, fostering better communication skills and empowering young learners.
Qualifications:
- Schools SLP, SLP - CCC
- Bilingual proficiency required
- In-person elementary experience preferred
- For credentialed SLPs:
- Credential posted on the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) website
- TB clearance
- Livescan clearance with district form
- For non-credentialed SLPs:
- Master’s degree (if obtained outside the US, equivalency report from approved CTC agency required)
- CA licensure as SLP
- Certificate of Clearance on CTC website
- TB and Livescan clearance with district form
Responsibilities:
- Serve a caseload of 50-60 elementary students
- Deliver high-quality, in-person speech and language therapy
- Collaborate with educators and families
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary teams as needed
