Preference will be given to candidates who hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); however, supervision can be provided for exceptional candidates in need of support on their path to full certification.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Preference for CCC-SLP, though strong candidates without CCCs can be considered with supervision arrangements
- Previous experience working in a school setting with K-8th grade students is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans for students, adapting strategies to meet varied learning needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary support staff to drive student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation, including progress notes and IEP contributions
- Provide both direct and consultative services onsite
