School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Concord, California

Ideal candidates hold current ASHA certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence - CCC), or are completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Unfortunately, SLPA roles are not being considered at this time.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure for speech pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Passion for helping students reach their fullest potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, other specialists, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed progress reports and compliance with educational standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
- Provide strategies and resources to educators and caregivers
