Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist in Colorado Springs
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school-based setting. The SLP will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with educational teams to support student success.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Availability to work full time
- School-based experience preferred, but qualified candidates of varying experience levels are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed.
This position offers highly competitive weekly pay between $50 and $60 per hour, along with a robust benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.
