Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain promptly)
- Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and effectively across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students, fostering progress toward individualized goals
- Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary team evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer consultative support and training to school staff as needed
