Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado SLP State License
- Current Educator Certificate
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience supervising SLPAs highly preferred
- Previous school-based and early childhood SLP experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech-language pathology services to early childhood caseloads (approximately 50-55 students)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and families
- Supervise and mentor a dedicated SLPA
- Document interventions and maintain compliance with state and federal educational guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support plans
- Preference for fully-onsite SLP; hybrid (minimum 3 days in person) considered if capable of SLPA supervision
