School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Broomfield, Colorado

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Expertise supporting elementary-age students with a wide range of speech and language disorders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to elementary students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student growth
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide support and education to families, enhancing carryover of communication goals
This is an onsite-only position within a supportive and welcoming school community. The contract offers stability through early June 2027, with a standard full-time schedule.
