School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Longmont, Colorado

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP license (required)
- SLP-CCC credentials
- Experience as a school-based SLP preferred, especially in elementary settings

- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Maintain thorough written records, progress notes, and documentation as required
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success in the classroom
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and offer professional insights to enhance student support
